1. What this is
WELLth Card lets you create a digital business card — a public page with your contact information, links, and photo — that you can share by link, QR code, or your device’s native share sheet. It’s provided free of charge.
2. Your account and content
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information on your card and for anything you upload (photos, links, files). Don’t upload content that’s illegal, infringes someone else’s rights, or impersonates another person or organization. Your card is public once published — anyone with the link can view it.
3. Account access
Accounts may be created by an administrator on your behalf, or by you directly through self-signup where available. An administrator can disable an account at any time, which takes the associated card offline. We may also suspend accounts used for abuse, spam, or violations of these terms.
4. No warranty
This service is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we’re not liable for any damages arising from your use of it.
5. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
