What we collect

When you create a card, we store the information you provide: your name, email, phone number, job title, company, bio, social links, custom links, and any photo or file you upload. If you sign in with a magic link or code, we use your email to send that.

If you submit your own contact details through someone else’s card (the “share your info” form), we store what you enter — your name, email, phone, and company — so the card owner can follow up with you.

How we use it

Your card information is used to display your public card page, generate your downloadable contact file (vCard) and QR code, and — where a card owner has connected an integration — to sync a shared contact back to their CRM or Google Contacts. We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.

What’s public

A published card is visible to anyone who has the link — that’s the point of a digital business card. Don’t put anything on your card you don’t want publicly visible. You can unpublish your card at any time from your dashboard.

Where it’s stored

Data is stored with Supabase (database and file storage) and this application is hosted on Vercel. Photos and uploaded files are stored in access-controlled storage — you can only upload to your own card’s storage space.

Your choices

You can edit or remove any information on your card at any time from your dashboard. To have your account and data deleted entirely, contact your administrator or email us at contactus@aibewellthy.com.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. We’ll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
